      Who is eligible to experience the tour?

      Only participants aged 16 or above are welcomed

      Do I need an international driver's license?

      No. / Our event can be experienced without the license.

      How many of guests can be booked at a time?

      Up to 7 people can participate in each tour

    • Q4

      How many days before can I make a reservation?

      Reservation can be made 2 months in advance.

      Regarding reservations on the day, please contact us by email or phone.

      Is there any insurance available?

      In addition to mandatory auto liability insurance, we have voluntary insurance.

      Bodily Injury : unlimited, Property Damage: up to 10,000,000 JPY, Personal Injury: 20,000,000 JPY

      What is included in the tour? / What comes with the tour?

      e-scooter rental fee, guide fee, insurance, entrance fee to Tokyo Tower (main deck), and costume

      Is there anything to bring on the day of the tour?

      Please bring passport or photo ID with your date of birth on it. Also, please come with easy-to-move clothes.

      Do you provide transportation to the site?

      We’re sorry, but we don’t provide any transportation.

      Where is the meeting place?

      Please come directly to our store.

      Can I make reservations on behalf of a family member or friend?

      Reservations can be made by proxy, but the information of all participants in the tour must be entered at the time of reservation.

      How much time is required for the whole event and how long is the tour itself?

      It takes 2 hours for the whole event.

      The first 30mins will be spent on the procedures for participation and explaining how to ride e-scooter. The tour itself takes about 1 hour.

      What happens when it rains on the day of the event?

      The tour will be canceled in case of rain, but we also have indoor activities that can be participated.

      Can you issue a receipt?

      Receipt is available only in Japanese. If you need a receipt, please notify any staff on the day.

      Until when can I change my reservation? (Dates/number of participants/cancellation)

      Please notify by 4pm on the day. However, we may not be able to meet your request for change.

      Cancellation Policy:

      【Cancellation due to customer’s convenience】

      • 3days before: 50% of your total amount will be charged.
      • 2days before: 75% of your total amount will be charged.
      • 1day before/on the event day/cancellation with no notification: 100% of your total amount will be charged.

      *Free cancellation up to 4days in advance.

      【Cancellation due to our judgement】

      No charge

      *In case we decide that it’s impossible to ensure the safety of our guests due to rain or other natural disasters,
      we will contact via email by 1pm on the day of the tour to inform you of the cancellation.
